Canoogles is operated by El Dorado Outfitters LLC. These terms govern use of shopcanoogles.com and purchases made through its Shopify checkout.
Adult purchasers
The storefront, checkout, and email signup are intended for adults who can enter a purchase contract. Canoogles products may be intended for children, but purchases and signup must be completed by an adult.
Product information
We work to present current product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability. We may update product information as we verify supplier details. Colors can vary by screen.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order requests a purchase at the checkout total. An automated order message confirms receipt of the request. We may correct an error or decline or cancel an order before shipment if an item is unavailable, a material price or description error occurred, the destination is unsupported, or fraud or payment review cannot be resolved. We will promptly refund amounts collected for a canceled item.
Prices, discounts, and partial returns
The final Shopify checkout displays merchandise prices, discount allocation, shipping, taxes, and the total before payment. Blanket quantity offers do not apply to the book and do not stack unless checkout expressly shows otherwise. A partial return is refunded from the amount actually allocated to the returned item; items kept by the customer are not repriced after purchase.
Payments and taxes
Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment providers. The customer authorizes the displayed charge and is responsible for accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Shopify enhanced services
Shopify hosts and processes the commerce, checkout, and purchase portions of the service. With Shopify Network Intelligence enabled, Shopify can combine visit and purchase information from this store with information from other Shopify merchants and share or process it with Shopify companies and service providers in other countries to improve Shopify services, including advertising and personalization. Shipping, cancellations, and returns
Paid standard shipping, destinations, tracking, delays, address changes, and cancellation handling are described in the Shipping policy. Staff-approved returns, exchange pricing, postage responsibility, and refund timing are described in the Returns and refunds policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Site use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the storefront, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false order or support information, or use Canoogles content in a way that violates applicable rights. The Canoogles name, character artwork, site design, text, and product imagery may be protected by intellectual-property rights and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Updates and consumer rights
We may update the storefront and these terms as our services change. The version displayed at the time of an order applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
